    About the role#

    The Marketing Strategy Intern joins the Latin America Consumer Direct team to support visitation and revenue goals for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Celebration, Florida.

    What you'll do#

    • Interpret internal and external data to track market trends.
    • Research and build reports to identify business opportunities.
    • Lead projects that increase relevance, intent to visit, and business conversion.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
    • Provide strategic input on content for multi-channel projects, including digital integrations, influencer outreach, and in-country promotions.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a college or university.
    • Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Strong project management, marketing communications, and business analysis skills.
    • Proven written and verbal business communication skills.
    • Ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week).

    • Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 through June 2027).
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22.50 per hour.
