About the role#
This Engineering Co-op position is designed as a pipeline for future leadership talent. You will join a project team focused on bringing new technology or capabilities to the site, while also providing day-to-day manufacturing support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project teams implementing new site technologies or capabilities.
- Provide daily support for manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams in an on-site office and manufacturing environment.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical engineering.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Proven leadership experience through campus organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or military service.
- Ability to influence others, lead initiatives, and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Evidence of grit, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Geographic mobility and flexibility for current and future career opportunities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Hourly rate between $18.50 and $28.75, depending on the specific role and location. A $5,000 net relocation stipend is available for students living 50+ miles from the work site.
