    About the role#

    This Engineering Co-op position is designed as a pipeline for future leadership talent. You will join a project team focused on bringing new technology or capabilities to the site, while also providing day-to-day manufacturing support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to project teams implementing new site technologies or capabilities.
    • Provide daily support for manufacturing operations.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams in an on-site office and manufacturing environment.

    What you'll need#

    • Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical engineering.
    • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
    • Proven leadership experience through campus organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or military service.
    • Ability to influence others, lead initiatives, and drive results.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
    • Evidence of grit, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
    • Geographic mobility and flexibility for current and future career opportunities.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: Hourly rate between $18.50 and $28.75, depending on the specific role and location. A $5,000 net relocation stipend is available for students living 50+ miles from the work site.
