About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship based in Wilmington, North Carolina. The program serves as a pipeline for future leadership talent, and high-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or leadership development programs after graduation. This position requires you to work on-site at the office throughout the 10-week program.
What you'll do#
You will work on projects with strategic or operating importance to your assigned business unit. Responsibilities may include:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Internal Audit
- Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Commercial Finance and Strategic Pricing
- General Accounting and Division Finance
- Corporate Development
- Finance Data and Analytics
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 1 year of previous work or internship experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in athletics, volunteer roles, or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to solve complex problems and influence others to drive results.
- Geographic mobility and flexibility for both the internship and potential future career opportunities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
