About the role#
As an HR Operations Analyst Intern, you will support HR data reporting and analytics activities under close supervision. You will work with the HR team to deliver accurate data and reports, helping to maintain HRIS systems and reporting catalogs. This role provides hands-on experience with HR data and processes in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Generate standard Workday HR reports and support ad-hoc report requests.
- Perform data entry, basic validation, and data cleansing tasks.
- Assist with routine testing of HRIS system enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements.
- Create and document Workday user manuals and training materials.
- Participate in compliance reporting activities, including EEOC and VETS.
- Follow data privacy and governance policies in all daily tasks.
- Maintain awareness of basic HR analytics trends.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance principles.
- Basic understanding of HR systems and reporting tools, preferably Workday.
- Familiarity with HR terminology in the hardware or semiconductor industry is preferred.
