About the role#
The Automation Developer/Analyst intern will identify, build, and maintain software automations to improve business efficiency. You will work on projects that deliver direct value to the company while applying Lean principles to your daily tasks. This role involves the full production life cycle, from gathering requirements and writing code to testing and documentation.
What you'll do#
- Assess existing business processes and recommend improvements through automation.
- Write requirements and develop automations based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with system architects, database administrators, and IT specialists to build and support new tools.
- Write scripts to improve performance and fix bugs.
- Design and monitor performance tests, analyze the results, and implement solutions.
- Manage support tickets and maintain user manuals.
- Research new automation platforms, languages, and industry standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, create metrics reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms, specifically UiPath.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to learn new software quickly and explain technical concepts to others.

- The term runs from May 17, 2027, to August 20, 2027.
