About the role#
As a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will work within our Service and Sales Support operations. You will support the development of data analysis products, including reports, workflows, and applications. This role focuses on providing foundational insights to assist with decision-making processes. You will work under close supervision to apply basic analytical principles and assist in data collection.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs.
- Identify, assess, and understand source data, workflows, and data processes.
- Participate in data validation and integrity checks.
- Support the creation of basic reports and dashboards under guidance.
- Monitor and maintain data products such as reports and applications.
- Participate in regular user group meetings to share knowledge.
- Assist with foundational data preparation to support timely decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- A fundamental understanding of reporting and data structures.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Excel, or Power Pivot.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17th to August 20th).
- This is a paid internship. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
