About the role#
We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Intern to join our team in Brooklyn for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports our influencer campaigns, community events, and day-to-day operations. You will balance administrative tasks with creative projects, helping us manage our brand presence while learning how influencer strategies and product launches work in the beauty industry.
What you'll do#
- Maintain project trackers, team calendars, and campaign timelines using Google Sheets and Monday.com.
- Research and identify TikTok and Instagram creators who align with our brand.
- Plan and track product mailers for creators, editors, and event partners.
- Keep up with viral trends and pop culture moments to help us stay current.
- Ideate and occasionally star in short-form content for our social channels.
- Assist with brand activations, including vendor research, deck creation, and on-site setup.
- Manage sample inventory and organize user-generated content for future use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college (junior or senior standing preferred) or recent graduation.
- Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, and Canva.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and pop culture.
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
