About the role#
This is a paid, year-round internship focused on building professional skills within a contact center. You will work alongside experienced professionals to solve customer challenges and gain hands-on experience in a business environment. This role includes a dedicated mentor and opportunities to participate in networking events.
What you'll do#
- Guide and process customer orders and account inquiries.
- Build business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in navigating the company website and online ordering systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in college.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Availability to work 15 hours per week during the school year.

- This position is on-site at locations in Hudson, WI, St. Paul, MN, Eau Claire, WI, Woodbury, MN, and Minneapolis, MN.
- The internship is paid at $22 per hour.
- This is a full-time internship program.
