    About the role#

    This is a full-time, 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our locations to gain hands-on experience in merchandising and product management. The role includes a dedicated mentor, networking events, and access to company facilities like the on-site fitness center and café. Out-of-town interns receive complimentary housing.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with a Product Management team to oversee product lines.
    • Research and develop potential new products.
    • Analyze industry trends and competitor data to find growth opportunities.
    • Develop sourcing strategies with international and domestic manufacturers.
    • Use market data to create pricing recommendations.
    • Evaluate existing product offerings and present improvement suggestions.

    What you'll need#

    • Junior-status college student standing.
    • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • A hardworking, enthusiastic approach and the ability to work well in a team.
