About the role#
We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic Intern to join our team in Miami. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship. You will gain hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and branch operations. This role is a path toward potential service technician positions within our company once you complete your degree or certification.
What you'll do#
- Learn about the various types of equipment we rent and how they are used.
- Perform manual tasks and maintenance to support daily branch operations.
- Assist experienced mechanics with their work.
- Provide helpful, professional service to our customers.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a technical degree or certification program, such as Mechanical Engineering.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- A solid mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to your work.
