About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will work on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina, as part of our College to Corporate IT program. This role focuses on data analysis and provides opportunities to work with various business lines to improve outcomes for our investors.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects that distill complex data into insights for business decisions.
- Support client outcomes to help our investors succeed.
- Gain practical experience driving data insights across the firm.
- Share your findings in both individual and collaborative settings.
- Meet regularly with your department manager and program manager for coaching and mentorship.
- Build a professional network with peers, alumni, and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in data and analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or clear leadership aspirations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
