About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work on strategic business assignments during the summer of 2027. You will contribute to projects that impact the financial future of our clients while building your leadership and investment acumen. This role involves navigating complex business challenges and collaborating across teams to deliver results.
What you'll do#
- Tackle strategic business challenges with rigor and accountability.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis of product, service, and business model opportunities.
- Interpret complex internal and external data to derive key insights.
- Lead projects from inception through implementation, including defining scope and meeting deadlines.
- Build sound business and investment acumen by applying knowledge of our methodologies and competitive environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program, with a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- An undergraduate degree.
- At least 5 years of post-undergraduate work experience, including time in strategy, consulting, or business analytics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others in a matrixed environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship located in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- The program runs for 10 weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- We utilize a hybrid work model, with in-office collaboration required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
