About the role#
This internship with the Fleet Department supports both the acquisition and maintenance teams. You will work with experienced staff to help manage equipment and systems that keep energy services reliable. The role is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and runs full-time during the summer of 2027, with the potential to continue part-time during the academic year.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and report on key fleet statistics.
- Assist with process efficiencies for the Fleet Capital and Maintenance team.
- Evaluate fleet data standards.
- Support staff with daily projects, data entry, and analysis.
- Build professional knowledge through exposure to various tasks and projects.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A graduation date after July 2027.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Pay: $21.30 to $24.60 per hour, including paid company holidays.
