About the role#
As a Health and Benefits Co-op at WTW, you will join a client-facing consulting team. You will work alongside experienced consultants on real client assignments. This position provides exposure to healthcare finance and helps you develop industry expertise. You will analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results to support our clients.
What you'll do#
- Project-manage strategic projects to support consultants in their daily client service.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to provide effective responses to client questions.
- Evaluate and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
- Design, distribute, and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs.
- Partner with consultants to perform financial analyses, including modeling plan design alternatives and calculating claims reserves.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the Northeastern University co-op program.
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.25.
- Graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
- Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
- Compensation: $27-$30 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
- Employment type: Full-time.
