About the role#
As an Internal Communications Intern, you will join the Water Solutions & Services team to support employee engagement and digital content strategy. This role offers hands-on experience in a global organization where you will work on projects that improve how employees access information and highlight the work of our frontline teams.
What you'll do#
- Audit and evaluate internal SharePoint content to remove outdated or duplicate information.
- Improve content discoverability to support AI-powered tools.
- Interview service technicians and field leaders to develop AQUA pro stories.
- Create content for newsletters and internal platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and report monthly communications performance through dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
- A genuine interest in employee communications, storytelling, digital content, and analytics.
