About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to support the ministry operations, fundraising, and communications efforts of Central OC Young Life. You will work behind the scenes to build systems that help organize and mobilize our ministry. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
What you'll do#
- Clean up donor databases and maintain contact records.
- Organize area photos, videos, and other digital assets.
- Create a social media content calendar for the summer.
- Assist with ministry calendar planning and annual communication strategies.
- Develop impact-centered storytelling content to share our mission.
- Support administrative tasks like auditing digital platforms and creating onboarding materials.
What you'll need#
- You are organized and self-motivated.
- You are creative and detail-oriented.
- You have a passion for ministry and storytelling.
- You are comfortable using technology and social media platforms.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or video editing is helpful but not required.
- You must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord and subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith.

- Location: Tustin, California.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June through July).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position at $18 per hour for 10 hours per week.
