About the role#
Young Life is hiring Student Staff for the El Dorado County area. This is a full-time, paid position based in Colorado Springs. We are looking for individuals currently pursuing a college degree in fields such as Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or Sociology.
What you'll do#
- Actively participate in the spiritual life of the Young Life community.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
What you'll need#
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
