About the role#
Young Life is hiring Student Staff in Lubbock, Texas. This role focuses on ministry, leadership development, and operational support. You will work under the supervision of an area director to gain experience in ministry skills and personal spiritual growth. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Engage in all three levels of contact work.
- Participate in leadership with a team to conduct a Young Life club.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Assist in office administration when necessary.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a college degree in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith.
