About the role#
As a Student Ambassador, you will work on-site at our Corvallis community. You will report to the General Manager and handle the daily operations of our leasing and marketing efforts. This role requires a commitment of 20-25 hours per week, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Manage apartment rentals, including generating leads and qualifying prospects.
- Greet prospective clients and conduct property tours to showcase our community.
- Process lease paperwork, secure deposits, and prepare documentation for new residents.
- Oversee the move-in process, ensure apartments are ready, and orient new residents.
- Assist with lease renewals and accept rental payments.
- Support marketing initiatives, monitor market conditions, and participate in weekly leasing meetings.
- Manage resident service requests and plan community functions.
- Maintain the appearance of the community, including model apartments and the leasing office.
- Ensure all activities comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Communicate policy changes to residents and support the broader community team.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to engage with people at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
- Proactive mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and online database systems.
- Resilience, adaptability, and an awareness of cultural diversity.
- Ability to maintain open communication with the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.

- Compensation: $15.55 - $16.55 per hour.
