About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. You will join a global team focused on supply chain planning, where you will gain hands-on experience by supporting operations across multiple ZF plants. This role involves working alongside logistics and operations professionals to address real business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Support allocation reporting and supply planning activities for ZF plants globally.
- Analyze supply chain and planning reports to assist with business and operational decision making.
- Map, document, and improve supply chain planning processes.
- Create process documentation, standard work instructions, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including inbound logistics, outbound logistics, freight, and operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, or Operations Management.
- Junior or Senior standing with an expected graduation date within the next 12 to 24 months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
