About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Analysis Practicum position. This role is designed for individuals currently working as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician who are pursuing their BCBA certification. You will gain experience in a center-based setting while completing your required supervision hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children between 18 months and 8 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support clinical goals.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to complete BDS modules.
- Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program relevant to the field.
- Completion of at least 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed prior to starting.

- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas.
- The role is paid.
