About the role#
As an Assistant Coordinator, Planning Co-op, you will provide administrative support to the Project Team while reporting to the Senior Planning Manager. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Toronto, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Collect, verify, and integrate work scopes from all entities into the total project plan.
- Review how project scope is represented in schedules.
- Support the development of project schedules and maintain data integrity.
- Assist with resource planning and analysis.
- Support the schedule 5D integration process, including 3D model alignment and cost reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or technical college diploma program for Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Prior experience in the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic presentation skills.

- Compensation: $23 to $28 per hour.
