About the role#
We are looking for a co-op student to join our integrated operational controls team in Toronto. You will work on data-driven projects that help improve our internal processes and infrastructure tools. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows to automate reporting and application development.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing and system integration.
- Work on prompt engineering and the evaluation of LLM-based tools.
- Document technical processes and agent capabilities to help with knowledge sharing.
- Use Git and version control to manage code and track project changes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary degree program for Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals with hands-on experience in Python.
- Working knowledge of Git and standard version control workflows.
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in learning Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Ability to solve problems and work through ambiguous technical requirements.

- Pay Range: $23 to $28 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
