About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations. You will work alongside staff to understand our business model and contribute to daily warehouse functions. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
- Assist leadership with training and administrative tasks.
- Support the Inventory Control team with daily tasks, including waste walks and problem solving.
- Prepare a formal report and presentation on a specific area of warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
- Attend team meetings and company trainings.
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to company guidelines and meeting project deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work under strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 45 pounds.

- Location: Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
- Term: 10-week program.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
- Modality: On-site.
