About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship program running from May 24th to August 13th, 2027. You will work on-site at our St. Paul, Minnesota campus, supporting the Sales Enablement and Operations Department. This role offers hands-on experience in managing sales resources and supporting our sales and service teams.
What you'll do#
- Manage sales and marketing materials on the sales enablement platform.
- Review and maintain consistency across the platform, including links, terminology, and brand standards.
- Help onboard new users, provide training, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Update tracking spreadsheets to manage the review of documents and pages.
- Track progress on tasks and prepare weekly reports.
- Support ongoing sales enablement projects and assist with system upgrades.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to learn internal systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with content management or sales enablement is preferred.

- Compensation: $16 to $22 per hour.
