About the role#
The Distribution Sales Intern position is a 10-week paid summer program designed to provide undergraduate students with hands-on experience in financial services. You will support our sales teams, contribute to business growth, and participate in a cross-departmental project. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Addison, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and activities.
- Maintain and update customer records within Salesforce.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors.
- Help coordinate sales meetings and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support campaigns.
- Attend training sessions to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on-site in the office four days per week (Monday through Thursday).

- Location: Addison, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1 to August 6).
- Work Modality: On-site, four days per week.
- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly pay range of $19 to $28 per hour.
