About the role#
National Life Group is hiring a Distribution Sales Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This paid, full-time internship provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, lead generation, and market research. You will work within the financial services industry to support our sales teams in driving business growth.
What you'll do#
- Assist the sales team with daily activities.
- Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate sales meetings and demos.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support campaigns.
- Attend training sessions to learn about the financial services industry.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Montpelier, Vermont.
- Modality: Hybrid, with an expectation to work in the office four days per week (Monday through Thursday).
- Term: Summer 2027.
