About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week summer internship based at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. You will work with the Enterprise Technology Group to support technical implementation and operational readiness. This role involves partnering with business and technical teams to translate needs into requirements and ensure projects move forward effectively.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate implementation activities between technical and business teams.
- Track project milestones, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Document business requirements, process updates, meeting notes, and implementation details.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in issue tracking and follow-up efforts to help drive resolution.
- Support operational readiness through documentation review and knowledge transfer.
- Identify workflow gaps and opportunities to improve execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
