About the role#
This co-op position supports the daily operations of the Sustainability, Community, and Inclusion team at Ameren. You will divide your time across these three departments, assisting with research, digital maintenance, and community outreach. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with ESG benchmarking, research, and voluntary reporting tasks.
- Update and maintain the inclusive engagement team webpage and SharePoint site.
- Support employee and community outreach efforts, including equity projects.
- Collect and distill data from grants and sponsorships to inform reports and nonprofit partnerships.
- Help with corporate campaigns and fundraising activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program at an accredited university.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Sociology, Marketing, Data Science, Environmental Engineering, or Public Health.
- Strong project management skills and professional presence.
- Experience writing for digital channels like blogs or professional social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for data and chart creation.
