    About the role#

    As a Product Development Intern within Global Commercial Services, you will own the product strategy for a commercial banking, cash flow management, or payments product. You will work on identifying customer needs and building experiences for business customers ranging from small shops to large corporations.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop business cases for new products, features, and customer experiences.
    • Shape product marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth.
    • Synthesize analytics and financials to develop data-driven recommendations and define success metrics.
    • Support product development by documenting requirements and maintaining backlogs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Technology.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a full-time graduate degree program.
    • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • 3 plus years of prior relevant full-time work experience.
    • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
