About the role#
The Business Resilience team helps the company prepare for, withstand, and recover from disruptions that could affect customers, operations, or services. As an intern, you will contribute to work that strengthens organizational preparedness. You will collaborate with colleagues across Enterprise Shared Services and partner functions to improve processes, reporting, and program capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Support Business Resilience initiatives aligned with current business priorities.
- Assist with research, data analysis, documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Contribute to the development or enhancement of procedures, playbooks, training materials, governance routines, or resilience capabilities.
- Prepare materials for resilience exercises, stakeholder meetings, and senior-level reporting, and track follow-up actions.
- Analyze and visualize data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, or opportunities for improvement.
- Research industry practices, emerging risks, and regulatory developments relevant to business resilience.
- Explore opportunities to use emerging technology to support research, analysis, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global partners to support consistent execution and share best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in business, risk management, engineering, mathematics, information systems, computer science, data analytics, cybersecurity, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in enterprise risk, business continuity, operational resilience, third-party risk, cybersecurity, technology, data analytics, or regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
