About the role#
The Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) Product & Capabilities internship offers exposure to teams that deliver platforms, reporting, governance, and technology enablement. You will work on projects that improve operational performance and colleague experience by partnering with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship based in New York.
What you'll do#
- Support cross-functional teams on projects related to products and capabilities.
- Gather and document business requirements, user needs, process flows, and project updates.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, implementation activities, and performance measurement.
- Analyze data to prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for project leaders.
- Identify and assess opportunities to use GenAI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to improve workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
