About the role#
The CRM Applications Intern assists with the administration, support, and data management of CRM platforms at Graco. You will work alongside CRM administrators, developers, and analysts to improve business processes and support customer data management. This role offers hands-on experience with Salesforce and related business applications while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, security assignments, and system configuration.
- Maintain CRM data quality through monitoring, auditing, and cleanup activities.
- Extract, transform, and prepare data from business systems for import into CRM platforms.
- Assist with bulk data uploads using Salesforce Data Loader and other ETL tools.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Participate in projects related to lead management, system integrations, and process automation.
- Document business processes, system configurations, and user procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and validate data mappings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of databases, data structures, and data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools.
- Experience working with structured data and performing data cleansing or transformation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Commitment to data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Interest in CRM platforms and customer data management.
