About the role#
Credit and Fraud Risk is a global function responsible for making risk decisions that uphold operational excellence and drive growth. This team manages risks throughout the customer lifecycle across consumer and commercial businesses. You will work on projects that develop data capabilities, build decision-making frameworks, and improve customer servicing strategies.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Digital Product and Business Unit teams to provide insights that inform product development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement strategies based on statistical, financial, and economic analysis.
- Provide analytical support to enable billing, revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience through diverse projects.
- Integrate new data sources and capabilities to drive key business decisions.
- Analyze and improve fraud controls across multiple business points.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus.
- A passion for improving the end-to-end customer experience and innovation.
