About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship for students in the Class of 2028. You will join the Innovation team to help transform firm operations. You will work alongside investment professionals to streamline daily activities and build efficient business workflows. This role involves partnering with technology teams and subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
What you'll do#
- Partner with junior and senior professionals on a variety of projects.
- Research, develop, and implement technologies across all business lines.
- Act as an innovation liaison for key stakeholders, leaders, and external parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and remove roadblocks to project goals.
- Share successful experiments across the firm to identify new use cases.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor degree in computer science, data analytics, software development, or engineering (Class of 2028).
- Strong academic record and interest in finance and technology.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to debug, problem solve, and learn new analytical tools.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.

- Compensation: 80,000 to 85,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
