About the role#
We are hiring a Student Dining Ambassador for the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, Ohio. You will help manage our dining program by connecting with students and sharing information about our services.
What you'll do#
- Engage with students to promote dining services.
- Help plan and run dining events on campus.
- Gather feedback from students to help us improve.
- Represent the university at various dining-related functions.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Cleveland State University.
- We are looking for students majoring in Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, Psychology, or Sociology.
- You should have strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- You will work as part of a team, so the ability to collaborate is essential.
