About the role#
This is a student worker position focused on maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities. You will perform custodial tasks to meet client standards while ensuring the security of the building and company assets.
What you'll do#
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for others.
- Keep assigned areas clean and organized.
- Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
- Handle trash storage and disposal according to established procedures.
- Report maintenance issues through work order requests.
- Secure the facility by locking and unlocking doors as required.
What you'll need#
- Ability to follow basic safety protocols and handle potential physical risks.
- Capacity for frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs.
- Comfort with tasks like bending, standing, and extended walking.
- Willingness to wear a uniform and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
