About the role#
This is a paid, full-time student worker position at the Crimson Perk cafe located within the IUP Crimson Cafe. You will work on-site during the Summer 2026 term. This role is open to students majoring in Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Graphic Design, and Psychology.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve coffee and various beverages.
- Assist with food preparation tasks.
- Keep the cafe area clean and organized.
- Process transactions and handle cash.
- Help customers and answer their questions.
What you'll need#
- Experience in food service or preparation.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to provide helpful service to customers.
- Comfort working in a busy environment.
