    About the role#

    The BCBA Intern Trainer oversees the internship program for the Atlanta Autism Center. You will guide interns through their training, ensuring all activities follow BACB standards. This role focuses on mentorship and preparing interns for their future careers as Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

    What you'll do#

    • Supervise all assigned BCBA interns.
    • Implement the AAC internship program according to BACB guidelines.
    • Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service options to meet individual client needs.
    • Consult with parents and caregivers about educational, programming, and behavioral supports.
    • Prepare interns for successful careers in the field.

    What you'll need#

    • At least 4 years of experience working as a BCBA.
    • At least 8 years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism or intellectual and developmental delays.
    • Proven experience implementing behavioral support service options.
    • Strong mentorship skills.
    • Ability to consult effectively with parents and caregivers.

    • Term: Summer 2026.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 base salary plus bonus incentives.
