    About the role#

    Atmus Filtration Technologies is hiring a graduate-level Co-op to support cost reduction projects in Cookeville, Tennessee. This role provides hands-on experience in filtration and separation systems. You will work directly with experienced engineering staff to support product development and validation efforts.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with prototype builds and DVPR testing.
    • Support product design, development, and validation tasks.
    • Provide customer and application support while assisting with issue resolution.
    • Help develop new laboratory equipment, test methods, and procedures.
    • Conduct risk assessments and failure analysis for product development.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering graduate program.
    • A minimum GPA of 2.5.
    • Ability to follow HSE and technical function standards.
    • A methodical, data-based approach to solving problems.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Cookeville, TN.
    • Commitment: 12 months, 40 hours per week.
    • Modality: 100% on-site.
    • Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 2027).
    • Status: Paid, full-time position.
