About the role#
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to join our Growth Department. This position supports our capture and business development teams as they navigate programs in Space Systems, Cyber Operations, and Directed Energy. You will work on identifying market trends, tracking contract opportunities, and improving our internal business development pipeline.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and audit data within Salesforce, including tracking active pursuits and updating account records.
- Research upcoming Department of Defense requirements, specifically focusing on directed energy, satellite resilience, and cyber capabilities.
- Assist with the preparation of gate reviews and proposal development.
- Draft briefings and marketing materials for industry events.
- Identify ways to automate or improve internal growth workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Political Science, Data Science, Aerospace Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize complex data from sources like SAM.gov and GovWin.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Germantown, Maryland.
- The term is rolling.
