About the role#
L3Harris is seeking an intern to support sales activities and operational tasks. This role involves managing quoting processes, coordinating technical requirements, and assisting with proposal efforts.
What you'll do#
- Provide quotes, responses, and proformas for Request for Quotes (RFQs).
- Review quotes for technical configuration compatibility and check for part obsolescence.
- Assist the program manager with large proposal efforts.
- Maintain quotes and opportunities with pricing and shipping date information from inception to booking.
- Provide technical support and answers to customer and dealer requests.
- Lead product demonstrations for international audiences.
- Assist in hosting customers visiting the Rochester site for sales and program efforts.
- Obtain delivery schedule requests from Bill and Hold for contractual obligations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Location: Rochester, New York, United States.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule (80 hours worked over 9 days, with every other Friday off).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
