About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring students for the Chick-fil-A location on the Anderson University campus. This is a part-time, on-site role for current students who want to work where they study.
What you'll do#
- Prepare hot and cold food items.
- Store food properly by following temperature and spoilage guidelines.
- Set up stations with entrees, soups, salads, bread, condiments, and utensils.
- Serve guests and manage the retail and dining areas.
- Follow guest service procedures, including greeting customers with a smile.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment to meet safety standards.
- Multitask and keep up with the workflow during busy shifts.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Anderson University.
- Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule on campus.
- Strong work ethic and professional communication skills.
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with team members, supervisors, and customers.
