About the role#
The Respiratory Therapy Student Knowledge Program provides tuition assistance to healthcare students. The program includes a commitment to join Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange after graduation. Funding is forgiven as you meet specific tenure milestones. You generally owe one year of work for every $10,000 received.
What you'll do#
- Use tuition dollars to assist in obtaining your healthcare degree.
- Commit to full-time employment at Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation.
- Meet tenure milestones to forgive program funding.
What you'll need#
- Acceptance or active enrollment in an applicable degree program such as Nursing or Public Health.
- A transcript showing your current GPA if you are a current or past college student.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from an employer or clinical instructor.
- A one-page document describing your plans for the funding and your post-graduation career goals.

- Location: Louisville, Kentucky.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Terms: Fall 2025 and Winter 2026.
- Current Baptist Health employees must maintain good standing in performance and attendance to qualify.
