About the role#
This eight-week summer internship offers a practical look at consulting within our Organization, Performance & Change practice. You will work directly on client projects, helping organizations navigate transitions, shift team structures, and build the culture and capabilities needed for the future. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and clear communication.
What you'll do#
- Break down complicated business problems and turn them into clear stories.
- Help organizations navigate big changes, such as launching new strategies or shifting how teams work.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate insights that inform decisions.
- Help clients optimize their cost base to deliver long-term savings.
- Map a day in the life for employees to identify the moments that matter most.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in your junior year of college.
- Eligibility to work in the US (please note that this position does not offer sponsorship).
- A mix of work experience, internships, extra-curricular activities, or volunteering.
- Comfort with building skills in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Mural.
- An interest in how businesses work and a desire to solve problems in a team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to July 30).
- Modality: Hybrid, with time spent working remotely and on-site at Baringa or client locations.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship at a rate of $1,200 per week.
