About the role#
This position supports the Avanzando to Success and Avanzando Through College programs within the Office of Student Success and Engagement. You will work alongside program staff to help students reach their academic and professional goals.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate workshops and events.
- Manage program communications and student outreach.
- Collect and track data for program reporting.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Help run activities that encourage student persistence, leadership, and academic achievement.
What you'll need#
This role is open to graduate students in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Health. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and managing various administrative duties.
Location & details#
- Location: Sid Richardson Building, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: Minimum of 8 hours per week, between 8am and 5pm.
- Employment type: Part-time, ongoing.
- Pay: $20 per hour.
