    About the role#

    This position provides administrative support for the Department of Educational Psychology at Baylor University. The role is on-site at the Mars Mclean Science Building and offers a flexible schedule to accommodate your classes.

    What you'll do#

    You will help the office manager with daily operations and support faculty members with various assignments. Your routine tasks include:

    • Making copies and handling office documents.
    • Retrieving mail from the mail room.
    • Running errands across the campus.
    • Completing general computer work and other administrative tasks as requested.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications programs.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency with computer software.
    • Ability to communicate clearly with staff and faculty.
    • A flexible schedule to balance work and school.

    • Location: Mars Mclean Science Building, Waco, Texas.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Employment Term: Ongoing, rolling basis.
    • Compensation: Paid at $9 per hour.
