About the role#
This position supports the Pre-Award Contracts Administrator with the daily operations of sponsored programs and subawards. You will help manage agreements and monitor compliance for externally funded projects.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and review documentation for sponsored program agreements.
- Conduct financial reviews of incoming subaward invoices.
- Track documents throughout the administrative process.
- Create internal reports to support the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote.
- The position is paid at $11.00 per hour.
- You will work 16 to 20 hours per week.
- Employment covers the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms.
