About the role#
Blue Bird Day offers clinical placements for graduate students in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and social work. This is a paid, full-time opportunity based on-site in Wheaton. We review applications on a rolling basis depending on supervisor availability and conduct interviews before finalizing placements.
What you'll do#
- Participate in our intensive therapy program for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to support client goals.
- Work within a preschool-like setting where therapists manage daily activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student seeking clinical placement.
- Interest or experience in the pediatric field is preferred.

About Blue Bird Day
Blue Bird Day provides intensive pediatric therapy for children between the ages of 2 and 7. The program uses therapeutic rotations to simulate preschool and kindergarten environments for children with various developmental and sensory needs.
