About the role#
This is a 4-month internship position for Winter 2027 based in Toronto. You will join the Strategy and Change group to support the design, implementation, and management of core business processes. You will work to streamline existing operations while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do#
- Design, test, and implement processes related to fulfillment, operations, and sales.
- Analyze data to break down strategic problems and provide actionable recommendations.
- Document process flows and playbooks to support stakeholders.
- Assist in training and transitioning new tools or templates to process owners.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing workflows.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to protect bank assets and adhere to policy.
- Integrate information from multiple sources to improve reporting and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of project delivery practices and business analysis.
- Working knowledge of business processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and advanced analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence others and work effectively within a team.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, presentation, or project management is an asset.
